The lodge sits alongside a river which makes for some lovely views of animals including macaws, capybara, and caiman. the rooms have all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay with toiletries and air conditioning to combat the heat and mosquitos. the outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off after walks and drives and special mention goes to the lunch and dinner buffet. Staff members are polite and efficient, making guests feel welcome.

One staff member acted very inappropriately towards a solo female traveler which is an issue that should not be taken lightly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location directly on the river is absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the sound of the flowing water was incredibly soothing. The staff here are top-notch, always friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of air conditioning to beat the heat. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The Lodge had excellent transportation arrangements to and from the property with well-organized activities. The staff members were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing good value for money. The property was well-maintained with comfortable dormitories, a clean pool, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The Lodge's game drive and hike were frustrating with a long wait and the terrain being much different than expected. , some of the solo female travelers warned that they experienced inappropriate behavior from one of the staff members, which led to a significant negative impact on their journey.

Fantastic setting with stunning views of the river and lush green jungle surroundings. the jungle is alive with sounds from exotic birds and insects. the staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the assortment of activities offered, including boat tours and animal watching tours. the meals were generally very good with fresh, tasty, and well-seasoned dishes. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

Our room did not have mosquito nets, and we were constantly bothered by mosquitos, which took the enjoyment out of our evening activities. the bathroom had an unpleasant odor that was difficult to mask even with air fresheners.

I had a great time at this hotel in the Pantanal region. The location right by the river was stunning, offering beautiful views throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable, with bunk beds that worked perfectly for my kids. They loved having their own space. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, setting us up for a day of exploring.

Everything was fine, no complaints.
